I shot this photo at a friend’s antique sale. They had a whole display of these doll heads, which was creepy enough within itself. I hand-held my wireless flash underneath the doll heads pointed up giving it that fun "child telling a ghost story" shadow effect. What I think makes this work is the way the eyes emanate an eerie glow from the flash.
