This is a shot taken from a parking garage in downtown Portland, OR. I like the old film characteristic of this shot. If I remember correctly, this is handheld with me bracing myself against the wall. This in conjunction with just enough shutter speed gives a nice blur the pedestrian as well as the stationary objects to create this trait.
